I sprinkled my bowl with a little dry ranch seasoning and some Parmesan cheese. A wee bit too salty.
Sunday morning, my lady cycle showed up . . . again. She has become very unpredictable these days, showing up sometimes every couple of weeks or not showing up for three months. I just never know.
Hence the salt craving and the reason the crazy lady was practically licking the empty popcorn bowl.
And the grumpies are here too.
I'm looking forward to the end of the week already.

do you remember that I was having ALL kinds of these problems and was attributing it to peri-menopause - only it wasn't. when they checked my blood - I was NOT there. I didn't have the disappearing for 3 mos. I had the (heavy) ON for two weeks. (I ended up having an ablation which had a great deal to do with straightening out my mind - not saying this is an issue for you - but it sure was for me - it impacted my WANTS and my exercise GREATLY).
Do I also remember that you are the one that hasn't had regular check ups/annuals? Did you ever go? I remember you talking about it - but I don't know if you ever actually went in for an annual.
It really bugs me that popcorn, in and of itself, is actually a pretty healthy snack...until you want to dress it up a little. Sheesh. So unfair.
Hang in...the 1.8 will be gone in NO TIME (if it's not already)!! Are you weighing every day? For me, that's really important on this program...every week just wasn't enough to keep me motivated. Congrats on the loss!! :-)
